The breakfast was warm. The room was top-class and brand-new with comfortable beds. The hotel was situated in a central location on an overnight stop back to the ferry ports.

I mistakenly failed to book one night for our party but insisted that I'd done so, thinking I had. Loic arranged the extra night without anybody having to change rooms and without any fuss whatsoever so I must both apologise to and thank him for doing that. The staff in general were absolutely superb in dealing with a large party of non-French speakers and addressed every question or issue with friendly professionalism.

The hotel has stylish and reasonably large rooms with comfortable beds and better than nothing and kettle. The location it has near the river or inside building as well as the centre of Epinal is peaceful.

Modern reception, excellent leisure facilities, good location with convenient parking. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds. Exceptional breakfast and friendly English-speaking staff. Close to old town and markets.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless and the bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, which was definitely worth the extra cost. Even though there was a lot of celebration happening outside due to France winning the world cup, the soundproof windows ensured that I still had a peaceful night's sleep.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Upon arrival, we found parking over the road, cheaper than the hotel car park. Our room, 230, was spacious and well-insulated from noise. The breakfast staff were really good, friendly, and attentive. The selection of food and hot drinks was excellent. The hotel is located downtown, making it convenient for exploring. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
